◤Casey Seiden MS, RD, CDN, CDE◥🎉
Casey is a dietitian and diabetes educator in New York City. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and a masters in nutrition from Teachers College Columbia University. For the past two year Casey has worked in an outpatient clinic as a diabetes educator and nutritionist, helping individuals manage a variety of conditions like prediabetes, type I and type II diabetes, cardiovascular disease, renal disease, as well as overweight and underweight for children and adults throughout the lifespan. She speaks Spanish allowing her to work with a diverse population in low income areas of the Bronx. Casey is passionate about helping people find their own path to health in a way that involves learning to cook, trying as many vegetables as possible, and recognizing that all foods have a place in a nutritious, balanced diet. Outside the clinic, you can find Casey traveling the globe with her husband Danny, sharing stories about her husband’s journey from veggie-phobe to veggie-lover on Instagram @eat.well.together, and running a few laps around Central Park in preparation for her next running event.
